Where are you located? 

Love, Nelly bakery is located at 53 Rockaway Ave in the Ocean Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. 

How Do I Order a Whole Cake?

All whole cake orders must be placed online. You can shop cakes here and choose pick up at Love, Nelly or shipping at checkout. Cut off is at 5pm for next day orders.  

Dietary Restrictions and Allergies?

Our treats are made in a kitchen that processes nuts, soy and gluten. That said, if you have a severe allergy we recommend avoiding our product.

Refund Policy:

Pick Up Orders

To cancel your order, please notify Love, Nelly by emailing hi@lovenellybk.com at least 48 hours before the order due date and we will issue a refund. Please note, we do not refund any cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance. 

We want you to be happy! If you're not 100% satisfied just let us know and we'll do what we can to make it right.

Shipping Orders

Any changes or cancellations to shipping orders must be made 3 days in advance of the initially requested delivery date. In the instance that you experience an issue with your order, please contact hi@lovenellybk.com

SHIPPING NOTICE: While UPS does everything they can to ensure packages arrive on time to their destinations, depending on holiday, weather and unprecedented shipping volume, especially for perishable goods, delays do happen. Love, Nelly is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism, safety control, inaccurate shipping information, or the service policies of our carriers. Once an outgoing shipment has left our bakery we can no longer be responsible for any carrier related delays and are unable to offer refunds for delays or damaged items caused by shipping delays or mishandling.
