In a Colombian household there is really only one empanada - Beef. Each mother has their own recipe, and our recipe comes straight from Nelly herself. Packed with tons of onions, cumin, olives and of course ground beef. In the words of everyone who tries it, "this is the best empanada I've ever had."
Each empanada shipment comes with 2 of each of the below flavors.
MEAT EMPANADAS:

Classic Beef: Highly seasoned ground beef mixed with olives, eggs, and raisins fried in a traditional flour dough
- Chicken & Rice (Gluten Free): Tender chicken mixed with fresh corn, rice, tomato, and tons of cilantro in a fried cornmeal dough
- Kolache: Spicy sausage, cheddar cheese and tons of jalapenos baked in a traditional flour dough
Empanadas are fully baked and shipped frozen to ensure they stay fresh till they arrive at your door.
